Error, In Selected Branch

This problem happens when you try to download the tool without selecting a game server. Before clicking the download button, select the server you play in the listing below, as shown in the picture

Black screen appears and disappears quickly

This problem is often caused by lack of Java installed on your computer. You can install Java via this link . Another possibility of this problem is that you do not unzipped the program. It is a zip file and needs to be unpacked in a folder before use.

Windows can not find 'javaw'

Same problem as the previous item: you do not have Java installed. Install it through this link .

System time is wrong, please check

This error occurs when opening the tool. The problem is that the date / time on your computer is incorrect. Check and change to the correct time. The ideal is to let Windows keep your date / time is updated according to your time zone. See here .

Point "pin" not found

This error is very common among users of the tool. It is usually caused by one of two reasons:

• Something is covering important parts of the game screen. Please check this post for a better understanding of this problem;
• The game page is zoomed 100% different. This has been the most common cause of this problem. Adjust the page in your browser so that it is at 100% zoom. Normally the keys CTRL +0 adjust the zoom for this rate.

The wind direction is wrong recognized

If the wrong server is chosen in the login screen, some recognition problems can occur during the game. One such problem is the recognition of the wrong wind direction. It is important to correctly choose the private messenger, you're playing on the login screen.

The shot is missing the mark because the force exceeds in some places the correct value by pressing DEL

This occurs because the computer may be overloaded with too many programs open, which consumes resources and causes what many call "lag" or small "locked". 

Your account can not be recorded from this machine

This problem happens when you try to login with a test account and this is not the first time you used a test account. Accounts of this kind are only allowed to use one!

Wrong password. Register?

This message appears whenever the user name or password entered are wrong. Carefully check each one and try again. If you are using a test account, be aware of the fact that they expire after a while and that even if you do not use they are automatically deleted after 2 days.


Cant read ddtank map in ddtank tool map?
DDTank Tool can't read zoom level 110 to 500 zoom. Use default zoom 100%

It depends on the application. In browsers such as IE, Firefox, and Chrome, you can press CTRL+0in order to reset the zoom. To zoom in, CTRL++ will work fine and CTRL+- for zooming out. The exact options will always be available under the 'View' menu, or similar
